How To Order

Find the product you want by browsing our catalogue of double glazing parts by using the menu on the left.

Make a note of the order code for the product you desire.

Then, just give us a call on 01634 717400 during our opening times, tell us which product you require and we’ll send it to you.

Accepted Payments

We accept payment from most major credit and debit cards.

Alternatively, you could send us a cheque and upon receiving it we will dispatch your goods.

If you purchase any of our double glazing parts at our parts counter you can pay by cash, card or cheque and, if the product is in stock, have the parts the same day.

Delivery

If the product is in stock we will do our best to get it in the post the same day.

Small products are sent via Royal Mail, whereas larger products are sent using our courier APC Overnight.

All products are subject to a delivery charge. The value of this charge is dependent on the size and weight of the products ordered.
